Assemble saltine crackers evenly across a baking sheet. Break them into smaller pieces as needed to fit the baking sheet.
Add the butter and brown sugar to a small saucepan and melt over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble, keep it at a boil and stir constantly.
After three minutes, pour it across the saltine crackers and use a rubber spatula to spread it evenly.
Put the baking sheet with the crackers and toffee in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, until it is bubbling.
Remove the tray from the oven and top with the chocolate chips. Use a rubber spatula to spread them across as they melt.
Top with the mini cadbury eggs, mello-cremes and sprinkles. Chill it in refrigerator for one hour, or until hardened.
Break the candy into triangles, rectangles, or random shapes as desired.
